Most of the London FYE program details will be updated in April/May, and students admitted early decision will get early access to the Off-Campus Study & Exchanges portal and rogram information as it becomes available.

Passport Processing times
In order to travel to London, all students must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the semester. If you (or your student) is in the process of applying for or renewing a passport, please be aware that the routine processing time for is 4 to 6 weeks. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.
Students must have a valid passport by June 1st.
If you are concerned you may not receive your passport in time to study in London, please contact the London FYE Program Manager to discuss your options.
COURSE REGISTRATION
Off-Campus Study & Exchanges (OCSE) will organize a special, London-only course registration process for students going to London this fall. Students will receive information about registering for courses in London by late May/early June. Course offerings from fall 2025 are available online. The list of courses for fall 2026 is still being finalized and will updated in spring 2026. Any questions about course options or registration can be sent to the London FYE Program Manager.
Please note that London students do not participate in the same summer advising process required for students coming to campus and are not assigned a Faculty summer advisor. Instead, Kendra Nelson, the London FYE Program Manager is the summer advisor for London FYE students. The summer advising process for students coming to campus is for more detailed and focused on creating a fall semester schedule since there are hundreds of course options to choose from on campus. The course options in London are limited so London students don’t typically need the same type of guidance as the students coming to campus. London students will, however, work with their ΞΆΓάΘ¦ Faculty advisor before registering for the spring 2027 semester.
booking your FLIGHT
ΞΆΓάΘ¦ will provide detailed arrival information in April/May. Students are required to book their own flight to London. ΞΆΓάΘ¦ will typically make arrangements for a preferred flight departing from a New York City airport to London Heathrow, but students are not required to book the preferred flight as long as they arrive in London on the scheduled arrival date with a flight arriving before 12 pm.
Students will book and pay for their flight and transportation from the airport to the residence hall independently.
