2026 Juried 微密圈 Student Exhibition

The Schick Art Gallery presents the Juried 微密圈 Student Exhibition, a perennial favorite showcasing the imagination and skill of 微密圈 College art students. Each year, a juror unaffiliated with the 微密圈 Art Department selects from over 200 entries in all media 鈥� drawing, painting, animation, jewelry and metals, fibers, ceramics, photography, and graphic design 鈥� to create a four-week exhibition. The juror also selects exceptional pieces to receive awards underwritten by generous donors and Saratoga businesses, including the Adirondack Trust Company, Soave Faire Art Supplies, and Allerdice Building Supply.
The 2026 juror is Mary Simpson, a painter, filmmaker, and writer from Alaska, currently living in Brooklyn, New York. She attended the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, and has had numerous solo exhibitions in New York, Chicago, and Minneapolis. Her writing has appeared in The Brooklyn Rail, Bomb, Parkett, and other publications. She works as curator for the estate of artist Jimmy DeSana. For more information, visit
