The office of Financial Services is responsible for many of the financial and administrative functions at the College including general accounting and financial reporting, treasury and endowment, payroll, accounts payable, and student accounts.  The Assistant Vice President for Finance and Controller also oversees purchasing, contracts, and insurance as well as risk management and related legal matters.

Fiscal Year-End Reminders from Financial Services

Please review these detailed guidelines ahead of the close of the fiscal year on May 31. You are encouraged to submit expense reimbursements, invoices for payment, and related items in advance of the deadlines. As a reminder, all transactions are now handled through Oracle Cloud.
