More than 20 ΞΆΓάΘ¦ staff members participated in ΞΆΓάΘ¦ College Leadership Academy, a semester-long professional development program for emerging College leaders. Darren Drabek, associate director of admissions and coordinator of international student recruitment, presented at the sixth annual China Institute of College Admission Counseling (ChinaIACAC) held in Dongguan, China. Drabek and colleagues from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School, and InitialView presented a session titled "Establishing Trust: Strategies for Newer High Schools in College Admissions."
Michael Dunn, assistant professor of management and business, Clea O'Neil ’24, and Heba Salman ’25 won the "Best Paper Award" at the Academy of Management's Careers Division Conference in April.
Jeff Segrave, professor of health and human physiological sciences, and John Cosgrove, resource management and outreach and humanities librarian, published "Sport in the Cartoons of Charles Addams and Gary Larson: A Theatre of Ludic Absurdity" in Studies in American Humor.
Charmaine Willis, visiting assistant professor of political science, was elected to the executive boards of the New York State Political Science Association and the Education and Learning in International Affairs Section (ELIAS) of the International Studies Association.
